<물고기와 거울 호수>

a fish swam across a lake so calm it looked like a mirror.

한 물고기가 잔잔한 호수를 헤엄치고 있었어요.

호수는 너무 맑아서 거울처럼 보였죠.

he said proudly, “look how perfect i am!”

물고기가 자랑스럽게 말했어요. “봐, 내가 얼마나 완벽한지!”

then a small wave came and blurred his reflection.

그때 작은 파도가 일어나 그의 모습을 흐리게 만들었어요.

the fish frowned,

“hey! who ruined my face?”

물고기가 찡그리며 말했어요.

“이봐! 누가 내 얼굴을 망쳐놨어?”

the wave replied,

“relax — i just reminded you you’re not glass.”
파도가 대답했어요.

“진정해 — 난 너가 유리가 아니라는 걸 상기시켜 줬을 뿐이야."
